Memorial Scholarship
The scholarship aims to help students who excel in fields that Jordan was passionate about: community service, academic excellence and extra-curricular activities. Jordan played varsity football, founded and served as president of the Junior Statesmen Chapter, and was a Governor's Scholar.
His friend Ross Finan explained that "Jordan was a true leader with a passion that has and will be unmatched. He is missed deeply within our community, especially with our core group of friends.” His father Rod McFaull said, "The leadership qualities that Jordan’s classmates and friends saw in him at Beechwood in terms of community service and academic achievement were fulfilled by Jordan over the next eight years of his life. That leadership has now been transformed into inspiration to excellence not only for Jordan’s classmates, but all those whose paths he crossed and lives he touched. Through the Memorial Scholarship, Jordan will continue to inspire future graduates.”
Application for Scholarship
The Jordan McFaull Scholarship. Under the Program, one (1) $2,000 scholarship will be awarded to a Beechwood senior student attending a four (4) year college or university the next fall.
The committee is seeking a graduating senior who not only has shown continued excellence in the classroom and in the extracurricular activities in which they participate but also one who has a record of volunteerism in the community in non-school sponsored activities and a strong record of leadership in high school and in the community.
Scholarship Program Guidelines
Applicant must be a Beechwood senior
Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.0;
Participate in at least one (1) Beechwood High School extracurricular activity;
Plan to attend a 4-year college; and
have a strong record of volunteer work within the community
